Nebius: The industrialisation of AI
Both Nebius and Experis - two companies we are fortunate to support - used their booths at VivaTech 2025 to celebrate their clients' successes and to convene people they and their visitors could exchange valuable ideas with. This clip features the impressive trio of Dr Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic of ManpowerGroup, Olivier Gomez who consults on AI deployment and Marc Boroditsky, Chief Revenue Officer at Nebius, discussing the industrialisation of AI. It is one of the many back-to-back panels, brainstorms and podcasts that kept a constant line-up of delegates engaged and returning for more.
Speakers: Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic - Chief Innovation Officer, ManpowerGroup; Olivier Gomez - AI Transformation Consultant; and Marc Boroditsky - Chief Revenue Officer, Nebius
Olivier Gomez: We are entering this industrialisation phase, which means people are now looking at AI as a mechanism to achieve business results. I think people across the organisation — not just the technical team — are starting to understand what it really takes to deliver those results, all the way up to the CFO.
Marc Boroditsky: About a third of enterprises already have active projects in production utilising AI, which is a phenomenal acceleration.
Olivier Gomez: But it’s absolutely critical to have an infrastructure partner that can provide flexible infrastructure — something that can adapt to a production-grade solution.
Marc Boroditsky: You’re completely correct, in fact. And to make that real, think about a drug therapy innovation process. You’ve got people in the lab wanting to use models to explore new therapeutics. Once that moves into production, a whole new set of requirements emerges. You need to be able to support those evolving needs as the drug discovery process unfolds — and what they learn from the model will need to be refreshed and supported for the next set of objectives.
